شیخ ا لمُشائخ ،حضرت میاں جی نُور مُحمد جھنجھانویؒ، کے والد گرامی سید جمال الدین مُحمد ہے۔ وطن مالوف جھنجھانہ، ضلع مُظفر نگرہے۔ سنِ ولادت ۱۲۰۱ ھ ہے۔ آپ نجیب الطرفین اور علوی سعد ہیں۔ آپ کی نویں پُشت کے بعد اکبر شیخ عبدالرزاق صاحب اپنے زمانے کے جیّد عُلماء اور اکابرین صوفیہ سِلسلہ قادریہ میں سے ہیں۔ اگرچہ فارغ التحصیل عالم نہ تھے تا ہم دینی معلُومات اور فارسی زُبان پر آپکو کافی عبُور تھا۔ دستُور کے مُطابق پہلے قُرانِ مجید حِفظ کیا ، پھر عربی اور فارسی دہلی کے مشہُور مدرسہ رحیمہ میں پڑھی۔ ساری زندگی اصلاح و ارشاد میں گُزاری۔ تقریباّ ۵۹ سال تک عالمِ اسلام کو مُنوّر کرتے رہے۔ ۴۔ رمضان المُبارک ۱۲۵۹ ھ بروز جُمۃ المُبارک وِصال فرمایا۔ آپکا مِزار جھنجھانہ، احاطہ امام سید محمُود شہید بزداری منبعء فیض بنا ہُوا ہے۔{ ماخوذ تذکرہ مُشائخِدیو بند }
